Decision looms on closed community pub near Ludlow that could be converted into house
Locals fear that time may finally be called on what was a popular north Herefordshire country pub, with approval looming for its conversion into a house.

Tenbury sits on the banks of the river Teme and right on the south Shropshire border - in fact its suburb Burford, linked to the town by a bridge, is officially in Shropshire, while Tenbury itself is in the Malvern Hills District of Worcestershire. The town prides itself as being the mistletoe capitol of England, as the region is rich in apple orchards where the plant grows, and people come all over each year for festive auctions.
