Man denies damaging businesses by driving through floodwater with tractor in West Midlands town
A man who is accused of flooding a number of businesses by driving a tractor through floodwater in Tenbury Wells is to stand trial.

Tenbury sits on the banks of the river Teme and right on the south Shropshire border - in fact its suburb Burford, linked to the town by a bridge, is officially in Shropshire, while Tenbury itself is in the Malvern Hills District of Worcestershire. The town prides itself as being the mistletoe capitol of England, as the region is rich in apple orchards where the plant grows, and people come all over each year for festive auctions.
