Housing scheme at former south Shropshire builder’s merchants turned down
A proposal to build eight homes at a former builder's merchant yard near Cleobury Mortimer has been turned down.

In the shadow of the Clee Hills, Cleobury Mortimer is famed for the twisted spire of its parish church - now the name of a popular beer made by town brewer Hobsons. The town is one of the smallest in Shropshire and was given its market charter in 1253.
