Shropshire firefighters rescue dog which fell into concrete bunker

A dog was rescued by Shropshire firefighters after falling into a bunker.

Two fire crews from Ludlow were dispatched for the rescue at Clee Hill on Sunday morning.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said that the dog was trapped after falling into a concrete bunker.

They had been called to help shortly before 11am.

Firefighters used a ladder to get down and retrieve the animal, which was recovered by 11.30am.
