Bristol City 1-1 Shrewsbury Town - match report
Jay Emmanuel-Thomas's superb 84th minute equaliser sent Shrewsbury Town to their fourth straight draw in League One at struggling Bristol City.
Town had looked on course for their first away win of the campaign at half time, having taken a 27th minute lead through Jon Taylor's close range finish.
Darren Jones had also gone close with a deflected free-kick as the visitors comfortably shaded the first half, despite losing Paul Parry to a hip injury shortly before the break.
But the hosts came into the game after the interval, with both Sam Baldock and substitute Marlon Harewood going close before Thomas finally made the break through late on.
And Aden Flint was only inches away from grabbing a late winner for Bristol, who finished strongly, but it ended honours even.
