Portable coffee maker can make a quick drink with just one touch
FrankOne has started a Kickstarter campaign to bring its coffee maker to the masses.

A portable coffee maker that can make several kinds of drinks with the touch of a button has launched a Kickstarter fundraising campaign.
FrankOne, founded by engineer Eduardo Umaña, has almost reached its fundraising target on Kickstarter, and promises to deliver coffee and cold brew with one touch.
The first coffee maker developed in Colombia, the chargeable machine is able to make coffee, cold brew, and espresso.
The company said: “Good cold brewed coffee can take up to 12 hours to make. With FrankOne it is possible to prepare exceptional cold brewed coffee in as little as four minutes.
“Our patented Vacuum Extraction Technology uses negative pressure to force water through a bed of ground coffee, extracting more of the flavors that coffee has to offer, while reducing bitterness.
“FrankOne charges over USB in just two hours and makes up to 150 coffees on a single charge.”
The coffee maker has almost reached its fundraising goal, crowd-funding over $94,000 (around £71,000) of its $120,000 (around £91,000) target.
The company is currently offering the FrankOne in black for the discounted price of $70 (around £54) for Kickstarter backers.
Items are expected to deliver by approximately April 2019.
