Newtown men plead not guilty to blackmail charges
Two Mid Wales men have denied blackmail charges.

Jamie Kirkham, 37, of Heol y Coleg, Vaynor in Powys, appeared at Mold Crown Court yesterday.
Ricki Kirkham, 31, of Swallow Drive, Maes y Rhandir, Newtown, also appeared.
Both pleaded not guilty to blackmailing a man and a woman between June 2015 and April 2017 by making unwarranted demands for medication.
Ricki Kirkham also denied a charge of assaulting the female complainant.
Judge Niclas Parry remanded both in custody pending trial in September.
The trial is expected to last more than two days.
