Crews tackle elephant grass fire in Shropshire
About 4,000 sq metres of cut elephant grass caught fire in Shropshire – and took nearly an hour to put out.

The blaze involving the grass – which grows to more than three metres high and resembles bamboo – broke out on land at Tyrley Road south of Market Drayton just before 2.30pm yesterday.
