Shropshire farm on the market for £7m

A Shropshire farm has been put up for sale - with a £7 million price tag.

The Highway Farm is part of the Peplow estate owned by Lord Newborough near Market Drayton and includes 612 acres of land.

Lots have been broken down for sale separately, with 248 acres of the farm going for £3 million, and another two lots of 29.5 acres priced at £300,000.

A block of arable and pasture land of 234 acres with a former cubicle house and Dutch barn is priced at £2.35 million while accommodation land of 64 acres has a guide price of £640,000.

Selling agents Savills said that the hall and a number of other cottages may also be made available by negotiation.
