Art workshop for carers in Market Drayton
An arts workshop for family carers will be held in Market Drayton. It will take place on Tuesday in the Festival Drayton Centre in Frogmore Street.
The event will run from 11.30am until 1pm and is being organised by the carer support service of Shropshire Rural Community Council (RCC).
Shrewsbury arts teacher and therapist Michael Barnell will be running the creative workshop and is inviting carers to come along to share and enjoy in art activities.
Julie Alanthwaite, of Shropshire RCC, said: "This is a free taster session using creative approaches to help promote health and well-being, no previous artistic experience or ability is needed and materials will be provided."
