Market Drayton's Phoenix Bank works to go on

Work to repair a roadside bank along a busy north Shropshire route, which suffered a landslip six months ago, will not be completed until later this year, council chiefs have warned.
Motorists face further delays on Phoenix Bank in Market Drayton, which had to be closed following the incident in February after rubble was left across the road.
Temporary traffic lights were put in place to allow traffic through safely and council chiefs revealed today they are set to remain there until later this year.
Motorists using the road have hit out at council bosses over their inability to repair the site quickly and have claimed the lights are causing long delays.
Jennifer Hall, from Norton In Hales, said: "I use the road a few times a week and the delays caused by the lights are getting ridiculous.
"The landslip happened at the beginning of the year and still the site remains unrepaired.
"Something has got to be wrong with the lights because I am waiting there for a good few minutes with no traffic coming the other way."
The landslip was caused by a section of the wall behind St Mary's churchyard giving way, allowing rubble to be dislodged.
John Williams, Shropshire Council's team leader for structures, said: "Our consultants, Mouchel, are currently finalising a report regarding the ground investigation work which was carried out in May.
"They have also made a start on the design for the repair which will go out to tender later this year," he added.
