The event will take place in the town square from 6.30pm.
Roger Stokes, president of Church Stretton Rotary Club, whose members organise the event, said as well as the carols the town's Tree of Light would be blessed.
The Lingen Davies Cancer Relief Fund will again be the main charity to benefit from the Carols in the Square event.
