Shrewsbury personal trainer wins gold at British Masters Weightlifting Championship
Local personal trainer and lifelong athlete Elizabeth Parkes won the Gold Medal at the British Masters Weightlifting Championship at the NEC in Birmingham last weekend, beating stiff competition in a fantastic event.
