Kenny Jackett: Winning football is the only way
Kenny Jackett has pledged to go on the attack as Wolves look to continue their unbeaten start to the season against QPR tonight.
Wolves have picked up four points from two games amid a testing run of opening fixtures.
QPR – with former Wolves captain Karl Henry in their ranks – arrive with the future of star striker Charlie Austin still up in the air.
Jackett expects another difficult game against a team fancied by many to be in the promotion mix this season.
And he has laid out a blueprint for the kind of attacking, free-flowing, pacy football he wants his team to play.
"We want to play winning football, of course, but after that we do want to play fast flowing, with pace and good movement, good football on the floor and try to attack," he said.

"It's got to be a winning mentality, it can't be all of those things and then consistently losing because that doesn't work, but we want a brand of football where we go at sides and try to play attractive football on the floor, pass the ball and try to open sides up with good movement, good play and pace."
Wolves have yet to keep a clean sheet after three games this season, but Jackett said he wouldn't want to put out a defensive-minded team at the expense of scoring goals.
He added: "We're looking for a clean sheet, but also it can't be clean sheets at the expense of going forward and attacking, opening up to go to try and win games as well.
"Ultimately it's the three points you need, not too many draws.
"Clean sheet, yes that would be fantastic and
complete shut-outs are
very satisfactory, but they're not as satisfactory if you don't score down the other end."
Tickets for Tuesday's Capital One Cup clash with Barnet have been priced at £10 for adults, £8 concessions and £5 for under–12s.
A family ticket for four is £20.
