Second-placed Wolves host in-form Stevenage tomorrow before travelling to Carlisle on Tuesday in their game in hand knowing victory in both will carry them to top spot.

Leaders Leyton Orient, who are three points clear of Wolves, go to third-placed Peterborough tomorrow.

But neither are then in League One action until November 16 and 18 respectively.

"We don't want to take our foot off the accelerator and we certainly don't want players to get any sort of complacency or get too many pats on the back because the competition around us have had similar starts," said the head coach.

"You can take our points total in isolation, but then if you look at the competition and it makes you say: 'Come on, we need to beat Stevenage and Carlisle.'"

"You have to look at Leyton Orient, who are still above us, and Peterborough who are level, and four or five sides who are within a handful of points."

Striker Leigh Griffiths is a doubt for the match following a heavy cold.
