Matt Jarvis today insisted he should be fit for Wolves' final home game of the season against Everton on Sunday.

The England international came off with a sore groin in the latter stages of Saturday's 4-4 draw at Swansea, to be replaced by Stephen Hunt, who was making his comeback after hernia surgery.

Jarvis said: "My groin tightened up a little towards the end but I should be fine."

Meanwhile, Jarvis insisted the amazing comeback at Swansea shows Wolves players still have pride in the club.

The winger scored twice as Terry Connor's relegated side came from 3-0 down after 15 minutes and 4-1 down after 31 to rescue a point in the 4-4 draw.

"The pride in the club is still there," said Jarvis, whose brace was his first for the club and made it seven goals this season, his best return in his five years at Molineux.

"We're all very proud of playing for Wolves and want to show what it means to the club to get results.

"It just shows the fight and determination in the squad that we were able to get back involved."

Jarvis said that the catalyst was Steven Fletcher's header, which made the score 3-1.
