Simon Grand named as AFC Telford's new captain
New AFC Telford United defender Simon Grand has been named as the club's new captain for the forthcoming season.

The 29-year old former Southport stopper, who joined the Bucks last month, has been chosen to wear the armband by manager Liam Watson.
Long-serving Telford goalkeeper Ryan Young, meanwhile, has been named as the club's vice captain for the new campaign.
Watson said: "They have a very important role to play in the dressing room, but also at the club by interacting with supporters and representing the club out in Telford."
