And the versatile former Lincoln City attacker is prepared to be flexible to make sure he remains in Mark Cooper's first-team plans.

Rodney's arrival at the New Bucks Head was announced just before Telford's home clash with Tamworth on Saturday.

And Rodney was quickly thrown into action, playing the second half of Telford's dramatic 3-3 draw.

Rodney, who began his career at Nottingham Forest, said he was pleased to be back playing after a spell on the sidelines. But he feels there is much more to come from him.

"It was my first game in a while. It's just nice to get back on the pitch and the more games I get and the more chances I get the better I will get," he said.

"I can play striker as well as on the wing and use my pace to either get balls into the box or get in behind defences. I'm happy to play wherever the manager sees me best."

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Danzelle St Louis-Hamilton has moved to Blue Square Bet South side Chelmsford City. He had joined the Bucks in November.
