AFC Telford United midfielder Phil Trainer is looking for the Bucks to pick up where they left off in the rescheduled game against Tamworth tonight.
The 30-year-old midfielder is convinced the Bucks would have taken something from the abandoned game given the way they had set their stall out.
Trainer is looking for a similar performance tonight in front of what should be a bumper crowd at the New Bucks Head.
He said: "We are pretty confident we can get the job done. We always fancy ourselves at home, especially when we have a big crowd behind us.
"Obviously, it can go for you or against you but the fans really are our 12th man, especially when the place is full, and we can use that to push us forward.
"The rain was a leveller for Tamworth the last time and I think we would have beaten them on a dry surface over 90 minutes.
"Man for man, I fancy our squad and if we can pick up where we left off in the first game.
"We can go out there and show people we deserve to stay in this division."
It was Trainer's injury-time winner in the play-off final last season that saw the Bucks promoted to the Blue Square Premier.
The midfielder is desperate to preserve their status at this level and agrees with manager Andy Sinton that the squad need to go out and be positive tonight.
Trainer said: "The gaffer always talks about playing positive football and making sure we go into matches on the front foot.
"We want to get the ball forward and make sure that we hurt Tamworth and create chances.
"If we can get some forward momentum then that will get the crowd behind us and that can be a massive factor we can use to our advantage."
Ryan Brooke and Adam Proudlock scored in that game after coming off the bench and both will be in contention for a starting slot tonight, but the match might come a little too early for Steve Jones.
Jay Smith is expected to come in for Richard Davies whose booking against Ebbsfleet rules him out of the last three games.
