AFC Telford United boss Andy Sinton is desperate to secure his side's Blue Square Premier League survival – so he can start planning for next season.

The Bucks knows two victories at Ebbsfleet on Saturday and at home to Tamworth in Tuesday night's re-arranged fixture will see his side over the line.

And Sinton knows the sooner that happens the better as he looks to shape his squad for the 2012-13 campaign.

"There are people I have in mind and the sooner we can start planning for next season the better," said the Telford chief.

"I don't want to wait even two or three weeks after the season.

"As soon as we know what division we are in next season I hope the board will come to me straight away and say 'this is what our budget is' and I can go and do something.

"We are talking to people at the club about contracts.

"The problem is that at the moment we don't know what league we are going to be playing in."

A handful of Telford players are already contracted for next term and Sinton knows the summer transfer window will be crowded business.

"You can't wait until the end of the season to start planning," he added.

Meanwhile, the club have made entry for the rearranged game against Tamworth free in the hope Bucks fans will turn out in their droves.

The game will be played next Tuesday (7.45pm).

Chairman Lee Carter said: "It's going to be a vital game so we want as many fans there as possible to create a special atmosphere."
