The England C left-back, who made 110 appearances for Telford after signing from Barrow in 2009, has agreed a loan deal with fellow Blue Square Premier strugglers Stockport County until the end of the season.
Telford will receive an undisclosed loan fee and a further sum if Stockport take up an option to make the deal permanent in the summer.

And Sinton revealed County had been admirers of the 23-year-old for some time.
He said: "They enquired about Sean about a month ago, then about 10 days ago.
"This week, I had a message on my mobile phone on the way to Kettering on Tuesday.
"I told Sean about it because I'm a great believer in trust.
"If we hadn't told him and he had found out, he would have had a right to ask why he wasn't told.
"He expressed an interest in speaking to Stockport and the deal was subsequently done.
"He has been a good servant to the club and we wish him well."
Sinton also he rejected an approach from Blue Square North outfit Nuneaton to take midfielder Jon Adams on loan.
The manager said: "Jon is just coming back from a serious illness and is part of the squad – he just needs to build his fitness up again."
The Bucks head to Hayes & Yeading three points and four places above tomorrow's hosts, who occupy the final relegation spot.
Sinton is still reeling from Tuesday's 2-1 defeat at Kettering but is confident the Bucks can achieve their mission by surviving.
He added: "I back my players and I am confident there is enough there to maintain our status.
"Tuesday wasn't good enough –we have spoken about it this week and what was said will remain behind closed doors.
"We draw a line in the sand and we have to be positive.
"We have got eight games left and our destiny is in our own hands.
"For me, this eight game run-in is far more important than the eight-game run-in we had last season, when we were trying to get promoted from Blue Square North."
