Andy Sinton calls for AFC Telford to lose fear

AFC Telford United boss Andy Sinton is urging his side to shake off the fear factor ahead of tonight's derby date with Kidderminster Harriers.
The Bucks boss admits he is concerned by Telford's lack of confidence, borne from a run of just one win in their last eight games.
But Sinton knows a home date with a similarly out-of-form Harriers side represents a real chance to register three points.

"We're playing a little bit safe," said the Telford chief. "We need to be a little bit more expressive. We spend a lot of time passing the ball in training but when we get out onto the pitch it is like a hot potato at times.
"We're struggling confidence wise. It's very easy for a manager to say get forward or take another touch or get into the box but we just need to get rid of the fear factor. I've been there as a player and something just gets a grip of you.
"There is bound to be a bit of anxiety in the crowd with where we are but we just need them behind us."
Sinton can welcome winger Jon Brown back into the fold after he missed Saturday's defeat to parent club Southport owing to the terms of his loan.
