Andy Sinton happy as Kyle Perry reads the script

Satisfied AFC Telford United manager Andy Sinton praised his side's resilience as they ground out a precious point on the road in a 1-1 draw at Lincoln City.
And the Bucks chief believes that the result, and nature of a backs-to-the-wall second half performance, will stand his side in good stead ahead of a crucial run-in.
Telford travel to Alfreton this weekend and still have matches against fellow strugglers Kettering, Hayes & Yeading and Darlington to come.

"I thought the resilience was the pleasing part," said Sinton. "We didn't keep the ball as much as we would have liked to and we weren't at our best.
"But the steeliness the resilience and the never say die attitude which we are going to need in abundance over the coming eight weeks was there.
"Anything less than that in any one player or a group of players or staff or even supporters will hurt us. We've all got a part to play. We have to stick together and show that togetherness and resilience and if we do that we will be ok.
"The players worked incredibly hard. In terms of workrate and endeavour and putting their bodies on the line then I can't fault them.
"I'm not one to look at the fixtures but I didn't expect too many of the bottom four or five to be picking up points so it was a big weekend for us."
And Sinton reserved special praise for Perry who scored his first goal since returning to the club amidst difficult circumstances.
"I looked at Kyle this week and I thought he seemed really, really hungry to play and sometimes scripts are written," added Sinton.
"There was something pinned up in the dressing room when we got there. It was a little bit degoratory towards Kyle. I wouldn't have thought it was done by the staff or one of the players but if they're doing that then it shows they're worrying about them."
Sinton also revealed that David McDermott, yet to feature in a competitive fixture, missed the trip with a groin injury picked up in training.
