AFC Telford boss Andy Sinton will look for up to seven new faces to supplement last season's promotion winning squad in the top tier of non-League football.
The Bucks boss has already turned his attention to next season and building a squad capable of competing in Blue Square Bet Premier.
He has stayed loyal to his promotion-winning squad by taking up the option of an extra year deal on "90 per cent" of his players.
But he will also look to supplement that with a host of fresh faces.
"We will look to bring in five, six or even seven players to back up what we have got," said Sinton.
"I have got meetings planned over this week and the next couple of weeks and we will try and get some deals done.
"Hundreds of players will be released and everyone is in a bit of a dogfight to try and sell their club to potential signings.
"But if I can't sign the right players, I won't just sign people for the sake of it."
Meanwhile, Sinton is hoping he can still tie up a deal for winger Greg Mills.
The 20-year-old played a key part in the Bucks' promotion winning campaign after joining on loan from Derby and has been informed he will be released by the Rams when his current deal ends.
"Greg's contract runs for about another six weeks at Derby and I'm sure he and his representatives will be on the phone to see what interest is out there," added Sinton.
"I fully understand that. We would like to sign Greg because he did great for us but we can't wait forever.
"We will give it a certain amount of time and hopefully we will be able to get a deal done."
