"You don't want to stop players playing for their country but if that's the case for one club why isn't it the case for another?" said Sinton.
"I find it absolutely ridiculous. Sean Newton went away earlier in the season but we weren't made aware we could postpone it.
"I think it's worth an explanation because suddenly it seems we are not operating on a level playing field.
"I'm not moaning at Droylsden, if that is the rule then they have the right to exercise it. I'm just asking why other clubs haven't been given the same luxury."
Meanwhile, Sinton is closing in on a new striker in time to strengthen his squad for the Trophy last 16 clash with Darlington.
The Telford chief has already brought Hereford midfielder Sam Gwynne in on loan and is out to strengthen his attacking options.
First choice front pair Adam Proudlock and Andy Brown are both doubts after missing the 1-0 win at Workington on Tuesday through injury.
And Sinton added: "I just think we need to freshen it up a little bit."
