Wolves Women complete double swoop for ex-Burnley pair
Wolves Women have completed the double signing of former Burnley pair Georgia Marshall and Anna Grey.
Defender Marshall and winger Grey both featured as Burnley lost 1-0 against Wolves in the FAWNL Northern Premier Division in September 2024.
They now become the second and third additions to Dan McNamara's squad in the last few weeks following the arrival of former Nottingham Forest midfielder Amy Sims.
McNamara said: "My focus is always to keep as many players as possible within the current squad, and I'm really pleased to say that we've done done that. As apart from Tammi, Destiney and Emma, most of last season's squad are going to remain.

"But over the summer, we knew we also had to make sure we were strengthening the group and we've managed to do that by bringing Georgia and Anna from Burnley.
"Georgia is a centre-half that we've battled with many times over the last five years. She's played at the top of this league, so we're really excited to get her in.
"Anna was someone that I've been in awe of for the last couple of years. She went across to Burnley last summer and I remember the first outing at Tur Moor, we had to do a lot of work around how we were going to contain her and stop her from showing her quality.

"She had a difficult second part to last season and probably didn't get the minutes she would've wanted, but as soon as I knew she was expressing an interesting in coming here, we've gone out of our way to make sure Wolves is the place she wants to play next."
Grey will wear No 7 for the Old Gold next season while Marshall has been designated the No 5 shirt.
Meanwhile, Wolves Women season tickets are now on sale, with prices starting at just £7.50 for juniors, and the most expensive adult ticket costing £30.
As Wolves Women celebrates its anniversary, a full season ticket will include all 11 home league fixtures, which will predominantly be played at the SEAH Stadium in Telford.
