Discipline problems will add to Market Drayton Town's woe
Market Drayton Town are set to pay the price for ill-discipline during the vital run-up to Christmas.
Drayton stand to lose some of their key players, in addition to manager Dorian Garner, after picking up 17 assorted reprimands and cautions during a disastrous November that's seen them slide to third bottom of the Evo-Stik League South while also exiting FA Trophy, the Doodson League Cup and TJ Vickers Cup.
The Shropshire FA have yet to make public any deliberations on manager Garner's "sending off" during Town's 1-0 Vickers Cup defeat at Bridgnorth but their disciplinary supremos have passed sentence on three players.
Lyndon Campbell misses tomorrow's home clash with Tividale because of a one-match ban issued under the FA totting up system after picking up five yellow card cautions.
But the Town's disciplinary troubles really begin to bite the following weekend, when player coach Kevin Street and talisman defender Paul McMullen are ruled out of the demanding December 13 home game against Spalding. who've won their last six games.
Street also has to sit out the equally challenging game at Stafford Rangers on Saturday the 20th.
