Summer's coming - Worfield waiting

Shropshire's cricketers can start dreaming of the summer - with the wraps coming off the first round draw for the Chronicle Twenty20 Knockout.

Holders Newport have been handed an intriguing trip to Worfield, who are new to the competition after winning promotion to the Marston's Shropshire Premier League last season.

There are guest places, too, for Frankton and Wroxeter, who finished second and third respectively in the FBC Manby Bowdler Shropshire League.

Wroxeter play host to last year's runners-up Reman Services with all ties to be played on Thursday, June 16 (6.15pm).
