The Bucks went down 4-2 at home to Solihull Moors on Saturday in game which saw winger Phillip John dismissed and Sinton sent to the stands. "Our run was going to come to an end sooner or later," said Sinton.
"I would rather it had been later but we've had a great run and I'll see what they're made of now, I'll see how they bounce back.
"We have a very difficult game tonight against a good side. We'll dust the lads down, we'll take our medicine and we'll start again."
Sinton stopped short of condemning the decision to show John a red card on Saturday but did question the handling of the half-time bust-up that led to his dismissal along with Solihull assistant manager Micky Moore.
John is now likely to get a three-game suspension while Sinton could also face an FA reprimand if referee Simon Bennett includes the incident in his report.
"Phillip John got sent off but he was fouled first," said Sinton.
"Their guy fouled him one or two times and then Phil lunged in.
"That doesn't excuse it but I'll have a look at it on the video and if he deserved to go then so be it.
"But that certainly wasn't the issue at half-time.
"There was no pushing, it was just grown men letting a bit of frustration out.
"I was first up the tunnel but me and their assistant manager have been deemed to have caused the confrontation and I can't get my head around it."
