Delighted Andy Sinton has hailed his AFC Telford United for buying into his philosophy since his summer arrival as boss, writes JAMES GARRISON.

The Bucks are unbeaten in Sinton's 11 Blue Square North matches at the helm, the sole disappointment coming in a shock FA Cup exit to nine man Buxton.

And Sinton has been pleased with his side's approach since being named successor to Rob Smith and Larry Chambers.

"The players have been fantastic," said the former England international.

"We are 11 games unbeaten. There are a couple of matches we have drawn which I would have liked to have won and we probably deserved to win.

"But we are in a good position. I've asked the players to be really focussed and make sure that their preparations have been right and they have taken that on board."
