AFC Telford United manager Andy Sinton is hoping his side's two week break from action will yield a clean bill of health.

A shock FA Cup defeat to Buxton has left the Bucks with a blank weekend, but Sinton is keen to use the gap in action wisely.

"I would have loved to be going to Fleetwood in the FA Cup on Saturday but it's not to be," said Sinton.

"We can train well for a couple of weeks - some of the lads need more mileage in their legs and others need easing off a little bit so we will plan around that.

"It will give Andy Brown chance to rest his ankle, Alex Meechan has been playing with a minor knock and Sean Newton came back from England C duty with a sore foot."
