A potential candidate for fight of the year sees Qasim finally confront highly ranked Scottish fighter, his bitter rival Alexander White (Satorishido).
Local interest lies with reigning IKF English Champion Lee Whitfield from Bai Lang Martial Arts of Hortonwood in Telford.
He will be fighting French champion Sever Mirac of Bordeaux, whose last bout was described as brutal.
Also from the Telford club there's recently crowned European champions Murray Dadswell and Justine Ramsey, who will each be facing tough Welsh opponents under amateur full contact rules.
And cadet fighter Jai Meyrick faces Kieran Lomax of Black Cobra (Stoke) for the IKF Junior British full contact title.
The IKF English amateur title is at stake while Mike Shellis (Cotterill Martial Arts, Shrewsbury) will have his first full contact bout.
