The south Shropshire club, winners of the Ludlow League, thrashed Prees by 84 chalks last night.
That took them a step nearer to a meeting with Premier basement boys Childs Ercall in the final play-off game, which will take place next Friday.
And they can book their spot in that fixture for sure by seeing off newly-crowned Worthington Mid Shropshire League champions Hadley USC on Wednesday.
That could prove to be a tense winner-takes-all night, providing Hadley can follow Burway's example and themselves defeat Prees first on Monday evening.
"I'm just delighted for the team," said Burway skipper Russell Davies. "It was a fantastic performance from them all.
"It's a massive game on Wednesday now, but after last night we're full of confidence and we can give it a good go.
"We can't get carried away and we're under no illusions of how hard it will still be to win promotion."
Davies was thrilled by a dominant performance from his side last night, who set the tone in the opening games.
"We had a fantastic start and got 27 chalks up after the first four, so that really set us up," he added.
"It was a cracking position to be in and we were able to keep it going from there and stay strong."
