Wooden spoonists White Horse take on double champions Bylet at Wellington's Sir John Bayley (7pm) with the aggregate winners securing a place in the top flight for next season.
And league secretary Mark Burroughs said: "I think it's going to be a very close game."
"If we get some good weather tonight I am sure there will be a big crowd to see it," he added, before urging spectators to use the car park at Wellington Swimming Pool to avoid congestion at the venue.
