The Twizy is a fun-sized, two seat, electric vehicle with a "sporty" top speed of over 50 mph, it is simple to operate with its forward and reverse drive and it runs off a rechargeable battery.

Martin James, the new PR and communications executive for the Greenhous Group, was given the opportunity to test drive the Twizy this week as part of his induction into the company. "I was intrigued by the shape and design of the vehicle, which I was photographing in its new livery," said Martin.

The Twizy was colourfully sporting its new make-over with an artistic Union flag covering. The vehicle can actually take a passenger sitting behind the driver. Martin, who is 6 foot 3 inches tall, was surprised at the space in the driver's seating area. "It is a basic design, but it is surprisingly roomy. It is zippy and has a remarkably small turning circle. It certainly turned some heads on my test drive!"

The Renault Twizy is just one of the selection of electric and electric-hybrid cars marketed by the Greenhous Group through its Vauxhall, Renault, Toyota and Nissan and Volvo franchises.
