Motorcyclist, 26, who was double the limit on busy A442 in Telford gets road ban
A motorcyclist who was more than double the drink-drive limit in Telford has been banned from the road.
Joshua Phipps, aged 26, rode a Hyosung GT on the A442 at Stirchley on March 7 last year.
A breath test found that Phipps had 72 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath in his system. The legal limit in England and Wales is 35mcg per 100ml.
