The secret garden has been created at Alan Ward as part of a store expansion for the spring and summer season.

Through the ‘garden gates’ at the store on Ennerdale Road customers will find more than 40 sets of inspirational garden furniture.

Andrea Cutler, store manager, said with the spring weather trying to make a breakthrough and everyone looking forward to the clocks changing, it was the perfect time for people to start thinking about their garden plans.

“The secret garden will allow the customers to enjoy the fantastic designer garden furniture in the warmth of our Shrewsbury store.

“Patios, garden rooms and orangeries are an expansion of our customer’s homes and they want them to reflect the quality and design of what they enjoy inside their properties".

The doors of the secret garden will be officially opened on March 23 in time for Mothering Sunday with special offers running throughout the weekend but customers can enjoy a sneak preview when visiting the store before then.

“We know our customers treasure their gardens just as much as their homes so opening the Secret Garden was a natural move for us during our continued expansion," added Andrea..

The secret garden will be open from 9.30am to 6pm six days a week and 11am to 5pm on Sundays.
