Driver escapes unharmed as 4x4 overturns in Oswestry snow

A driver has escaped unharmed after a vehicle overturned in snowy conditions.

The crash happened around 10am today, as snow on the roads made it difficult for drivers getting in and out of Oswestry.

The incident, on the B5059 leading out of the town saw a 4x4 vehicle overturn on its roof after it lost control in the snow.

No one was injured in the incident, however the road was closed while West Mercia Police cleared the vehicle and made the road safe.
