Plans go in for 270 new homes in Shropshire town in latest major scheme targeted at county
Plans have been submitted for 270 new homes on the outskirts of a Shropshire town.
Shropshire Council has received an application from Gladman Developments for a site to the north of the A53 in Market Drayton.
The development proposes building 270 new homes.
Plans submitted with the application show the creation of a new roundabout on the A53 for access to the development.
