Market Drayton school receive £500 donation to fireworks display
David Wilson Homes has donated £500 to support a Market Drayton school’s family fireworks display.

In 1245 King Henry III granted a charter for a weekly Wednesday market, giving Market Drayton its current name. The market is still held every Wednesday and attracts residents from all over Shropshire. The town is also home to Muller dairy and sausage maker Palethorpe's bakery.
