Herefordshire Council Smallholdings Estate on the market

After a lengthy row with tenants and the NFU, Herefordshire Council has put its Smallholdings Estate on the market through Fisher German.

The portfolio comprises the majority of the smallholdings estate which is spread across much of the county with the most northerly properties at Leintwardine, the most southerly at Glewstone near Ross-on- Wye, east to Woodcroft at Fromes Hill and West to just beyond Dorstone.

In all about 4196.7 acres (1698.3 hectares) the rhe estate will be of interest to farm and smallholding purchasers, residential buyers and investors. The portfolio includes:
