Telford motorist, 45, who failed to give police a blood sample gets banned from driving
A motorist who failed to provide a blood sample to police has been banned from driving and ordered to do unpaid work.
Stuart McGuire, aged 45, was asked for a sample by police in Telford on December 17 last year after he was suspected of committing a driving offence. However, he failed to provide one.
