Van driver, 34, who took cannabis before driving in Telford gets road ban
A van driver who was caught after taking cannabis has been banned from the road.
Joseph Crutchley, aged 34, drove a Ford Transit on Forge Gate in Telford on August 7 this year.
A drugs test found that Crutchley had 2.5 micrograms of Delta 9 THC, the main psychoactive ingredient in cannabis, per litre of blood in his system. The legal limit, taking into account the possibility of accidental exposure, is 2mcg.
