Swap unwanted items for free at Market Drayton's popular swap-shop this weekend
Residents in Market Drayton are being invited to the latest popular swap-shop event inside the Parish Rooms this weekend.
Organiser Carol Corney is once again encouraging the community to get involved this Saturday and take along any unwanted items to swap for no cost.
The event in Market Drayton has been well-attended by residents of the town during the more than 14 years that it has been running.
Refreshments including free drinks and biscuits will be available at the swap-shop event which starts at 10.30am.
And, residents are being encouraged to be there from the start, because ‘once it’s gone, it’s gone’, and the best items, typically, don’t last long.
Carol said: "It’s swap-shop time again and an opportunity to find a bargain or two at no cost at all.
"Do come along to the Parish Rooms at 10.30am on Saturday. Bring one or two items to donate and search for as many as you wish to take home. Bring family, friends and neighbours and enjoy a free coffee/tea and biscuit while enjoying a chat."
