Fire officers called to tackle New Year's Eve chimney blaze
Fire officers were called to tackle a New Year's Eve chimney blaze.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said it had been called to the incident, at Ash Street in Highley, at around 4.45pm today - Tuesday, December 31.
One fire crew was sent to the scene - with the aerial ladder platform mobilised from Telford Central.
An update from the fire service said that the blaze was in a domestic property and chimney rods were being used to deal with the incident.
