Fire crews called to unattended bonfire in garden of property near Oswestry
Firefighters were called to an unattended bonfire at a property near Oswestry this afternoon.

The Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call at 12.01pm reporting the fire in the open at a property on West Place in Gobowen.
One fire crew was sent from Oswestry Fire Station to the scene.
The incident involved an unattended bonfire in the rear of a garden. Firefighters extinguished the blaze using a hose reel jet and made the scene safe using a thermal imaging camera.
The incident concluded at 12.25pm.
