Watch: Shropshire runner Amy Hughes sets another world record
Shropshire marathon runner Amy Hughes today bagged her second world record in two years, completing 520 miles on a treadmill in just seven days.

Amy, from Oswestry, was so exhausted at the end of her gruelling challenge that she fell off the machine as she reached her target, bumping her head.
She said it had been the hardest thing she had ever done – and probably ever will do.
The 28 year old ran through the previous record, 517 miles, at breakfast time, completing three more to ensure the title was hers.
Amy had been running, with just short naps, for seven days, on a treadmill in the Trafford Centre in Manchester. Friends and supporters ran on a machine alongside her to keep her company.
In 2014 Amy won her first world record, running 53 marathons in 53 days. She said the treadmill challenge was far harder.
During the seven days she often broke down in tears.
She said: "It is surreal, I feel like I just want to burst out crying. The last seven days have been the biggest emotional rollercoaster of my life.
"This is the hardest thing I have every done and probably the hardest thing I will ever do."
She said she was now going to rest, sleep, eat and nurse her blisters.
Amy was using the challenge to raising money for her 53 Foundation which creates active opportunities for people with disabilities. People can donate at support the fundraising at mydonate.bt.com/charities/the53foundation
