Hotel evacuated as tumble dryer catches fire
Six people suffered smoke inhalation at a hotel after a tumble dryer caught fire today.

Moreton Park Hotel, at Gledrid, Chirk, was evacuated after the fire broke out on the first floor at 2.45pm.
Three fire engines from Oswestry attended the fire.
Crews left the scene just before 4pm although those those staying at the hotel were not allowed back into their rooms until 6pm.
A spokesman for Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood Team said everyone had been accounted for, there were no reported injuries and it is believed the cause of the fire had been accidental.
