Crews tackle Whitchurch kitchen fire
Firefighters were called to tackle a blaze which broke out in the kitchen of a Shropshire home today.

One crew from Prees and one from Whitchurch, along with an operations officer attended the fire at a house in Smallbrook Road, Whitchurch.
The fire broke out shortly after 10.15am.
Crews discovered a small fire involving the extractor unit above the cooker.
The unit was removed and ventilation equipment was used.
Firefighters left the scene just before 10.30am.
