One month to go until Ludlow arts festival
Tickets for two summer festivals will be available from a town's box office every day during the countdown to both events.
The box office outside Ludlow Castle is selling tickets for both Ludlow Shakespeare Festival and Ludlow Arts Festival.
The Shakespeare festival will start on June 14 with the first of 11 performances of As you Like It, starring John Challis, best known as Boycie from TV comedy Only Fools and Horses and writer, director and Shakespearian fool Eric Potts.
It will be followed by the arts festival, which will run from June 28 to July 6. Headline acts include comedians Jim Davidson on June 3 and Ken Dodd on July 4, survival expert Ray Mears on July 1 and The Sooty Show on July 5, while the finale concert will feature David Essex, Showaddywaddy and Les McKeown's Legendary Bay City Rollers.
Tickets are available without booking fees from 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am to 2pm on Sundays.
