Call for added speed warning signs in Shrewsbury
Plans to introduce more speed warning signs on roads around Shrewsbury are to be discussed at a public meeting tonight.

Fifteen roads around the town, including Sutton Road, New Park Road and Mytton Oak Road, have been put forward by Shrewsbury Town Council as areas of concern.
The finance and general purposes committee, meeting at the Guildhall from 6pm, will receive an update on what action could be taken on each road.
Options include vehicle-activated signs, which flash a warning to speeding drivers.
